Blend: Feteasca Neagra and Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes:
Taste: Black currants, black cherries, hints of wood and a splash of spices.
Nose: Intense aroma of dried fruit, black berries, oak wood and coffee.
Color: Ruby red with purple highlights.
The wine is matured for 12 months in Romanian oak wood barriques, used for the second time, then left in the bottle for at least 12 more months.
The wine may be paired with red meat dishes, pasta, pizza and old cheeses.
