Domaine Ceptura Rouge, 75 cl
Blend: Feteasca Neagra, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
It is produced through a selective picking of the grapes from the best parcels, followed by a final selection on the sorting belt, inside the winery. Davino Rouge is made only in special harvest years.
Vinification happens in small stainless steel vessels at 22-26 C, Cabernet Sauvignon – for 21 days, Merlot – for 15 days and Feteasca Neagra – for 12 days. The wine is left in bottles for at least 12 more months.
