Tasting notes
Nose: intense floral aspects (elderberry, elderflower), green notes, fruit (apricot, peach, quince, followed by mango), all built on good minerality and with vanilla in the background
Taste: very good acidity underpins a complex, velvety, unctuous, intensely aromatic, full-bodied wine that retains its qualities on the finish, which is marked by apricot stone flavours.
Color: golden yellow with greenish reflections, good clarity.
