The colour is a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, denoting the typicality of the variety. The aroma is defined on the first nose as intense, persistent, of fresh dough, breadcrumbs and nutty crumbs. On the second nose the aroma turns towards floral nuances: vine flowers, peonies and lavender.The taste is balanced, smooth, velvety, specific to the terroir;
the alcohol is well integrated into the overall taste;
good body and density for a young wine;
excellent acidity, which gives the wine liveliness and freshness;
dominant taste nuances of green apples and apricots in the grape;
medium to long finish, pleasant and smooth.
