Lacerta Rheinriesling is a dry white wine with a special charm, its special fragrance making it a favourite of the white wine drinking public. Lacerta proposes a special, friendly approach, where the natural acidity of the variety is perfectly highlighted, as well as the aromatic palette. The balance is good, the acidity too, the most pleasant surprise coming from the degree of astringency, which makes its presence felt, even if discreetly.
Tasting notes:
Color: Pale yellow with greenish tones.
Nose: Fine citrus, peach and floral nuances, wrapped in quite present mineral accents.
Taste: Rich aromas of green apple, hay, grapefruit, lime and lime blossom, complemented by Soiului-specific mineral influences.
It is recommended to enjoy this wine at 8-10 C degrees with Asian dishes or seafood pasta.
