Via Marchizului Negru de Dragasani, 75 cl
Via Marchizului is the name given to one of the Metamorfosis winery’s ranges of wines as a tribute to the Marquis Piero Antinori.
After his visit to Romania, he was convinced by the beauty of the place, the viticultural potential of the region, the locals, and decided to invest in this area.
Via Marchizului, located in Fintesti, was the first area purchased.
The area of 0.9 ha of Negru de Dragasani, replanted in 2005, is cultivated using organic methods and is isolated from the rest of the vineyards to allow special treatment.
Negru de Dragasani variety was obtained at the viticultural research station that bears its name, as a hybridization between the Negru Vartos and Saperavi varieties and acclimatized very well in Dealu Mare.
